When purchasing online: you need to login with the email address you used to set up your Cinema Membership. The system will then apply your discounts automatically. You will see the login button at the top right hand corner of the shows page.
When purchasing in person: give the Box Office Assistant your Membership Card with Membership Number or your email address. You may be asked to show valid ID.
Monday Member tickets are for those with valid Triskel Cinema Memberships. Once you login (button at top right hand corner of the shows page), you can select the Monday Member ticket option.

No, we do not offer refunds unless Triskel cancels or postpones a show. You are welcome to pass the tickets on to someone else.

When purchasing online, you will receive email confirmation of your order. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder. You will see the QR code for your ticket, which you will need to present to the Front of House staff for scanning upon arrival. You can save this to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Yes, all shows at Triskel start promptly on time. The time listed on our website is the show start time. Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of management.
No, Triskel does not have parking. The pedestrian entrance for Q-Park on Grand Parade is approx 220m from Triskel. Q-Park offers a discount to Triskel customers – you will get your discount in your order confirmation email. 50 Grand Parade Parking/Park It (this car park has entrances/exits on South Main Street and Grand Parade) is approx 280m from Triskel.
Yes, Triskel is accessible to wheelchair users. In Triskel Christchurch, only the main floor is accessible.
- Access is via our main entrance on Tobin Street.
- There is a lift from the Box Office/foyer area on the ground floor to the main floor of Triskel Christchurch.
- Once through the main door of Triskel Christchurch, there is a ramp to your left that takes you to the main seating area.
- The entire central aisle is available to wheelchair users.
- When booking your ticket(s), we advise booking an aisle seat in any row (or an aisle seat and the one adjacent if coming with a friend/carer).
- You can place your chair alongside that row and enjoy the show.
Yes, you can bring your children to age appropriate shows. Most, if not all, of our music concerts are appropriate for all but please contact Triskel Box Office (Phone 021-4272022 or email triskelboxoffice[@]triskelartscentre.ie) to double check. For cinema: the Irish Film Classification Office (IFCO) certifies each film according to the following system, and Triskel Arts Centre is obliged by law to only admit customers who meet the age criteria set by the classification of each film.
- G: Suitable for all, including children of a school going age.
- PG: Generally suitable for children aged 8 and over.
- 12A: Suitable for people aged 12 and over, or for younger people if accompanied by a responsible adult.
- 15A: Suitable for people aged 15 and over, for younger people if accompanied by a responsible adult.
- 16: Suitable only for people aged 16 and above. Younger people may not be admitted by law.
- NC: Films marked “NC” (Not Certified) have not been granted certification by the Irish Film Classification Office. Ticket buyers must be 18 years of age or older and they require a Triskel Cinema Membership, which may be purchased on an annual or per film basis.

From time to time, Triskel may offer a promo code for a particular show to a particular group. You do not need a promo code to continue with your purchase – you can proceed by simply clicking the ‘Book Tickets Now’ button.
Yes, Paperboys Café and Garden is open from Wednesday-Sunday, 10am-5pm. Their kitchen closes at 3pm.
No, Triskel does not charge any booking fees.
For the vast majority of shows in Triskel Christchurch, seating is assigned. Please check your seat number on your ticket and sit in the seat you booked.
You will see the letters for the rows on the end of each pew. The numbers for the seats are on the top of the red cushions. These were designed especially for Triskel Christchurch by artist Kim-Ling Morris who created the stencils and applied each one by hand.
