Pat Collins Film Season
With the release of his latest work THAT THEY MAY FACE THE RISING SUN, Triskel Arts Centre presents a season of films showcasing one of Irish cinema’s most distinctive voices: Pat Collins. Working in both feature length narrative fiction and documentary, this West Cork filmmaker has demonstrated a lyrical style that has won much acclaim both nationally and abroad. The four films in this season are SILENCE, SONG OF GRANITE, HENRY GLASSIE: FIELDWORK and THE DANCE. We will also be screening THAT THEY MAY FACE THE RISING SUN from 25 May.
