In 2015 Triskel Arts Centre hosted a season of films by the filmmaker Noah Baumbach, featuring works such as Frances Ha, While We’re Young and Mistress America. Baumbach returns to Triskel with probably his finest film to date. Marriage Story is an incisive and compassionate portrait of a marriage breaking up and a family staying together. Laura Dern won the Best Supporting Actress (Motion Picture) Golden Globe Award for her performance.
